Return & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellation requests before your order is shipped or processed.
If your order is successfully cancelled prior to shipment, you will receive a full refund.
We are unable to cancel orders once the package has been shipped out.

Returns Eligibility
Customers may apply for a return within **14 calendar days** after receiving the products.

To qualify for a return:
- The item must be **unused, unwashed, and in original condition**
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
- No signs of wear, scratches, damage, or personal modification
- A valid order number or proof of purchase is required

Customized items, personalized products, and clearance items are **final sale** and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please do not send returned items back to the manufacturer.
Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (including returns).
No restocking fee will be applied for eligible returns.

Refunds
